Message: After some of the reviews on Google are not very descriptive, I wanted to provide a more in-depth review of my experiences with Fairmont. After having several bad experiences with brokers, we decided to give Fairmont Insurance a chance. We have been customers for about two years.. The Pros:. They are a local company, with a dedicated sales rep that answers our questions and addresses all issues we may have. The sales reps are very interested in keeping your business, which means several late night and early morning responses to critical concerns. A dedicated email for certificates of insurance, with 99% of our certificates issued within a couple of hours.. The Cons:. During holiday periods, their turnaround times for emails are delayed. When employees leave their position or company, there is a choppy sticky point as the new person takes over. Auto insurance claims and issues can take quite some time for their review, but not sure if that is their fault or the auto company.. If you are a construction or service business, with hundreds or thousands of COIs issued each year, this is a solid company to use and you will not be disappointed.
